Meet our incredible female staff.
Kiana
Born and raised in the picturesque fishing community of Bernard on Mount Desert Island, Maine, Kiana has always felt a deep connection to her roots. After moving to Arizona in 1994 and traveling back and forth seasonally for eight years, she decided in 2002 to return home and raise her children where she grew up.
Her passion for holistic wellness led her to Tree of Life Day Spa in 2002, and to Acadia School of Massage in 2007, where she has been imparting her unique style of massage therapy to aspiring therapists for 17 years.
With 24 years of experience in massage therapy and 22 years dedicated to Tree of Life Day Spa, Kiana is our Lead Massage Therapist. Her expertise is deeply rooted in her dedication to excellence and her commitment to her clients’ well-being. As a licensed aesthetician with over 20 years of experience, Kiana is also devoted to using only the highest quality ingredients in her skincare treatments, ensuring that her clients receive the best care possible.

Taylor
As a Licensed Massage Therapist with a degree in Kinesiology, I bring a deep, science-based understanding of the human body to every session. My approach to bodywork is both therapeutic and intentional, combining technical knowledge with compassion to help clients achieve lasting relief.
My hands-on experience in a physical therapy clinic has given me extensive training in medical massage, particularly in pain management for veteran patients. This work has strengthened my belief that healing takes time, patience, and purposeful care. I specialize in deep tissue massage and targeted stretching techniques, designed to improve mobility, reduce chronic discomfort, and support long-term recovery.
I am also certified in IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), which allows me to incorporate advanced myofascial decompression methods such as cupping and scraping. These tools help release tension, improve circulation, and restore function to affected areas.
Above all, I care about helping people live without pain. My focus is always on the areas that matter most to you—relieving discomfort while creating a calming, supportive environment where your body can heal.
Outside of work, I cherish quality time with my family and am always eager to keep learning and expanding my skills.
