Cancellation Policy

At Tree of Life Day Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our staff’s time is respected. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or missed without 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equivalent to the full amount of the scheduled service.

This policy allows us to manage our schedules efficiently and provide opportunities for other clients to book appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If an appointment needs to be cancelled, changed, or rescheduled due to an error in scheduling or our booking software, please call us before cancelling online so that we can bypass the cancellation fee for you if it is within the 24 hour window.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment, as your appointment begins at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. Full treatment fees will still apply.

In the event that we are running behind schedule, we assure you that your full treatment time will not be compromised. We value your time and commitment to our services, and if we are at fault for any delays, we will ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled treatment.

Payment Policy

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We require a card number at the time of booking, but we do not charge the card until the appointment is completed. Payment is required at the time of service. Any additional treatments or products will be charged accordingly.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service and products. All sales of services and retail products are final. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know within 24 hours so we can address your concerns and find a suitable solution.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries when booking your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment to protect the well-being of our staff, other clients, and yourself.

Age Restriction Policy

For safety and comfort, clients must be at least 18 years old to receive most treatments. For anyone under 18, we require written consent from a parent or guardian, and certain treatments may be restricted.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and make a wonderful gift. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They may be redeemed for services, products, and retail at the front of our store, and may also be applied to gratuity.

Our gift certificates never expire, however, we have recently undergone a change in ownership. Gift certificate purchases made through Square before 2023 may not be accepted – we will give you information on how to obtain a refund for the gift certificate. Please contact us for details.

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the price of our services, but are greatly appreciated. If you enjoyed your service, a typical gratuity is 20% of the service price.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. All personal information collected during your visit will be kept confidential and used solely to provide the best possible service. We will never share client information with third parties.

Dress Code

For your comfort and to maintain a serene environment, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Robes will be provided for your convenience between treatments if you have more than one treatment booked per person.
